Most people know you two are a couple...or they assume. Truth be told, they're part right. Whether you're a romantic couple or not, you are together sexually. On top of that, though, there's a little nugget of information most don't know: you're kinky. Maybe even lifestyle kinky. Whether or not that's the case, and whether your relationship is BDSM, master/slave, petplay, daddy/little girl or boy, spoiled princess/prince complex, or something different all together, one of you is a bit more "kept" than the other. There's certainly a good deal of doting going on, but don't forget - when you're naughty, punishment may be necessary. You wouldn't want that, would you?

Angel didn't always get along flawlessly with his twin, siblings will argue now and then. But she was as close to a best friend as he had in those days, even when he got into drugs and would freak her out while under the influence. And Molly was far from perfect.

But Vaggi is like if he had another sister who wasn't as kind and open to compromise as Molly.

He just wants to watch some cool gangster films. The hotel gets some good classic movie channels now that Heaven's not being so damn stingy and looking the other way when Baxter "borrows" them. And even if he left the mafia behind when he got to Hell, Angel's still got a soft spot for gangster films. Especially when they've got a hot jazz-playing bartender serving up drinks to the gangsters.

"You can't even decide what you wanna watch! Anything but that aint really narrowing it down," Angel mutters. Giant robot cartoons, dumb sitcoms about roommates where the innuendo's so obvious and forced everyone might as well fuck right there onscreen, bad teen soap operas...Angel may not be as obsessed with his own era as Alastor, but he can't pretend there's not a lot of dumb crap on TV.

(Okay, some of it is kind of fun. But still.)

The premise is simple.

Now that Vox's threat has been stamped out and things are...more or less back to normal, Charlie's had time to sit and reflect on everything. Not just her mistakes, though there's a lot of that going through her head as well.

They still won. They saved Heaven and Hell, even Valentino and Velvette helped out...and then spun it to make themselves the heroes because the former decapitated Vox. Which...okay, if there's one thing Charlie's learned it's that she can't control the narrative. The important thing is that people are coming to the hotel for the right reasons, Dad's okay, Alastor...hopefully he's back and will start acting like a team player now.

Angel's back, too. No one ever blamed him for his actions or that broadcast, and he seems to get it now. Hopefully.

And...well, the most important thing is that Charlie stepped down as manager. Everything over the last few days has taught her that such a position was too much; the stress of the hotel's success being on her shoulders, managing every little detail, the reporters, Vox, that disaster of an interview.

She wants to continue what Mom started, but Vaggi is better under pressure, and Charlie will feel more comfortable giving advice and offering help to sinners who truly want redemption.

Right now, though, she feels like she needs to talk to Vaggi. It's odd how in the end she just removed a letter, but she feels more at home with that name. Sometimes even the smallest change can mean the world.

They made up after Charlie's monumental fuckup, but still. She can't help wanting to make sure her girlfriend's okay.

Guardian angels are a caste, or choir, created with the sole purpose of protecting those they're assigned to. Each angel is created specifically for the person they guard, with a few exceptions. The only thing you're programed to know is duty.

Naturally, being invested in your charge is expected. What if your feelings for them veer away from "dutiful" into "fondness" and then...something else? Angels aren't supposed to know love, at least not in the way those in the living realm do. Still, nothing is as certain as it used to be, and you're not so sure of your purpose. All you know is that you want to keep your charge safe.

The last few days have been...something. The encounter with Vox, finding out that for who knows how long he'd been mind controlled into spying on the hotel for him, every second of that is still fresh in his brain. Vox's gloating revelation, showing the messages on his phone, holding Angel still and forcing him to look in the mirror as he used his evil eye yet again.

Recording that message in an ugly dress Velvette forced him to wear, then being sent on his merry way back to the hotel only this time he knew what had happened last night. What happened every fucking night he'd come home with a fuzzy head after some "job he couldn't remember". Coming in just in time to see the message broadcast, pretending he'd been voluntarily spying on the hotel all that time because why give himself an excuse? The fact that he did it at all was enough damage, and he sure as hell didn't want their fucking pity.

Walking out of the hotel in shame, ignoring the cries of his name and come back, please, you're our friend.

Husk's hand grabbing his, the utter devastation in his eyes as Angel begged him to forget he ever knew him.

Then Vox had gone fucking insane and threatened to blow up all of Pentagram City just to get at Alastor only to get his head ripped off (by Valentino, go figure), and Angel had been drawn into an epic ballad of hope and love and friendship and that was the end of the Might of Lilith. The end of Vox whom Val and Velvette angrily brought back to the tower.

The man who did this to him is nothing now. Cherri and Charlie and the others had surrounded him, begged him to come back, and...damn it, Angel's not made of stone. Except one person wasn't there when he came back.

Husk.

"Sorry to duck out so soon after coming back, but I gotta find someone...don't worry. I'll be back."

He'll reprise a certain number of his if he has to. It worked once, maybe it'll work again. That is, if Husk doesn't hate him for walking out. For causing him yet more agony and worry, as if the train stunt hadn't been enough.

Good or bad?

Where does your character fall on the spectrum? More specifically, where does your character THINK they fall on the spectrum? After all, everyone thinks they're the hero of their own story.

We as viewers/readers might be able to clearly tell that this unrepentant murderer is the bad guy, but they might not think so. Maybe they think they're justified? On the flip-side, maybe your absolute, hard-working do-gooder still believes they're not doing good enough. It's all about perspective, and how characters view themselves.
